At Light Up, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, defective or have missing items, we offer a hassle-free replacement policy.
Simply contact our customer support chat within a week with the necessary proof (photos/videos), and once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement right away!
Please note:
For customized products, we do not offer refunds or replacements for minor color differences, vibrancy variations, or if the product is not 100% identical to the provided photo.
As our products are lamps, the final result will naturally appear brighter, more vibrant and slightly different than the picture you see on a mobile or PC screen.
Order cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed.
For customized orders, the paid amount is non-refundable once production has begun.
(If you wish to change the design after it has been processed, additional charges will apply.)
As all Light Up's products are handcrafted, small imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of handmade artistry and are not eligible for replacement.
